Student Career Development Jochum, Gera [1]. NSF Funding Opportunities: An Informal Discussion for Students. NSF Science Assistant, Gera Jochum, working within the Systematic Biology and Biodiversity Inventories Programs of the Division of Environmental Biology, will host a roundtable discussion for students to learn about the funding opportunities at NSF. This session is in response from the student survey as a topic that they would like to see featured. A brief overview of funding opportunities will be provided, but the focus of this time will be an interactive discussion to provide an opportunity for students to ask questions about NSF funding. Please come if you have programmatic questions, a desire for tips for writing a successful proposal, and want to learn how undergraduate students can get involved.
